A survey report does not normally constitute a complete management plan if ACMs are located at a site. We can advise and act upon management actions (e.g. labelling, permits to work) and control actions (e.g. encapsulation, complete removal) and also arrange regular re-inspections as part of the management plan.
It should be noted that the HSE only advocate the removal of asbestos if it is necessary. Preferably, if it is safe to do so, it should be left in situ and managed. At Eton Environmental Services we are able to use our knowledge and experience to advise on this matter.
